DJI, globally known for its leading drone technology, has officially stepped into the electric bike industry with the launch of its new e-bike brand, Amflow. Unveiled today in the United States, the Amflow PL electric mountain bike (eMTB) introduces the company's proprietary Avinox drive system, a sophisticated and lightweight mid-drive motor designed for high-end performance.

Avinox System Brings Cutting-Edge Tech to eMTBs

At the heart of the Amflow PL is the Avinox system, a game-changer in the e-bike market. This powerful motor delivers up to 850W of peak power and 105 Nm of torque, making it ideal for both steep climbs and rapid trail rides. The compact motor weighs only 2.52 kg and is paired with a carbon fiber frame, keeping the overall weight of the bike under 20 kg.

The bike offers five ride modes: Auto, Eco, Trail, Turbo, and Boost. The Auto mode uses smart sensors and AI algorithms to adjust motor power automatically, optimizing energy use and ride comfort.

One standout feature is the 2-inch OLED full-color touchscreen

Its 800Wh battery includes fast-charging capability, charging from 0% to 75% in just 1.5 hours using DJI’s GaN fast charger.
